    • Safety and investment viability assessments
    • Property market insights and trends

    User Accounts and Eligibility

    To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Australian law. You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
    • All activities that occur under your account
    • Providing accurate and current information
    • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

    Subscription and Payment

    Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Agent WebCloser's liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We exclude liability for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

    Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

    Intellectual Property

    Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, though these terms remain in effect for any outstanding obligations.

    Dispute Resolution

    Any disputes arising from these terms will be governed by Australian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts. We encourage resolving disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
