No Refund Policy
Agent WebCloser operates a strict no-refund policy. Once you decide to pay for any subscription plan (Starter, Smart Investment, or Investment Success), no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
By subscribing to any of our paid plans, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription tiers and payment frequencies (monthly or yearly).
Monthly Report Allocation
All subscription plans include a specific number of suburb intelligence reports that are allocated monthly. These reports are provided on a "use it or lose it" basis:
- Reports do not roll over to the next billing cycle
- Unused reports from the current month expire at the end of each billing period
- Your report allocation resets to the full amount at the beginning of each new billing cycle
- You cannot accumulate unused reports for future use
Subscription Terms
Monthly Subscriptions
- Billed monthly on the same date you initially subscribed
- Report allocation resets on your monthly billing date
- Can be cancelled at any time (no refund for current billing period)
Annual Subscriptions
- Billed annually with discounted pricing
- Monthly report allocation resets every month within the annual period
- Can be cancelled at any time (no refund for remaining annual period)
Cancellation Policy
While we do not provide refunds, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancel through your user profile settings
- Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period
- No additional charges will occur after cancellation
- You retain access to any reports generated during your subscription period
Free Plan
Our free plan provides limited access to our platform with no payment required. The free plan includes a limited number of reports per month and does not require a subscription commitment.
